Right now when you do an adjustment a number is generated, but what happens is when Collections is looking to see if a check has been posted, you can't tell what is a check number and what is an adjustment number. There needs to be something, when looking at the customer financial screens to tell them apart.

When I make adjustments in Cash Receipts, I backspace over the number and add "ZA" to the beginning of the random number. That way it is easy to look in history to see which are internal adjustments and which are actual check payments.
When I make adjustments, such as a ZA zero adjustment, I type a "ZA" in front of the generated number. That way I can tell at a glance what are actual checks and what are adjustments.
