Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

If a user accidentally clicks the "Next" revision button and they were already entering a revision but had made a mistake on the sales tax code (for instance) in the "previous" revision, they cannot correct the mistake. If they could "undo" the "Next" revision, that would allow them to correct for mistakes on the previous revision they were working on.
The help file states "If editing a purchase order with a revision = 001 or higher, certain columns in the grid will be display-only for rows added in a prior revision." This prevents a user from correcting a sales/use tax code entry error, even if that line has NO receiving on it.
If revisions are going to make certain columns display-only, having the ability to "undo" a revision would be very helpful.
Help me understand here. The Next Revision button simply tracks that a change has been made to the PO. As it doesn't do much other than tracking these changes, I don't see that we would add an undo here. To me, it doesn't meet the cost/benefit analysis...
Are revisions hurting in some other way that we don't know about? Please let us know.
