I noticed in Warranty Management, it's not an option to search by serial number. This is unfortunate because most of our equipment is similar makes/models. Being able to search by serial number would be much quicker and simpler for our employees.

Hello! Just so I am specific here, you would like the ability to search in WO's Warranty Management by the site equipment's serial number. Are there other fields that would also be helpful? Install date? Location?
