This will allow Preconstruction department to use the TEAM while bidding to store their drawings, RFI, documents, etc.
If the Bid becomes a Sale a new Contract # is generated in Viewpoint and Project # created. All the the history of the project documents can be transferred to the Operations department seamless. No need to input drawings from the Preconstruction department. MAJOR TIME SAVER and NO INFORMATION MISSED in turnover.
