Vendor Invoice Entry Screen - the batch, vendor, invoice #, invoice type and purchase order all have drop down arrows but only the batch field is the only one you can change.
It would be nice to be able to change invoice number or type - becuase sometimes you accidently enter the wrong invoice number. It's a pain to cancel and having to re-do everything. Invoice type would be great to change because I forget to change every time for Credit Memo. There are many times I don't catch until I'm in the Purchase Order Receiving Detail screen getting message of exceeding or some kind of error.
Another reason is - I put my invoices in order by vendor. I come across and invoice with a problem, I cancel invoice entry to send invoice up to our purchasing department (right now we do not the route invoices, not sure if and when we will be). Instead of canceling invoice it would be nice to change the invoice number, type and PO vs exitiing back out completely.

Also, the ability to check or uncheck the "Route for approval" box without having redo the entire invoice.

I agree. Typos happen and being able to fix that invoice number before saving would be great.
