When we setup our new hire workflow it include direct deposit information so it would be nice to be able to use a linked field from Spectrum so when we initialize the new hire it is populated automatically. Having to initialize then go into spectrum and manually enter the data we collected in teams defeats the purpose of linking the two. Also if we could select their PTO accrual code and then also have two fields for email - Work and Personal - since their spectrum login is driven from their work email but their teams information is mapped to the personal email.
