I would like to see effective date fields for deductions and addons on employee profiles. This would allow for automatic processing of new deductions and addons if you could set a specific effective date. It would be nice if there was an effective start date and an effective end date.

The ability to pre-load changes with an effective date would also be great!
We run payroll weekly. At year-end, we only have a few days after payroll is posted to update every employee's add-ons & deductions for the new year before the new payroll is processed. This is an incredibly busy time of year. Being able to pre-load would help ease the crunch & lower the risk of error.

I agree. We keep a separate list of updates needed on a following payroll which is not very efficient and high risk of errors.

I agree that this would be so helpful!! Right now I use a spreadsheet to track the add-ons and deductions, and have to check that before every payroll :( Please help us out with this task!!
