Have a start date for recurring deductions. when we hire new people and they select their insurance benefits it would be nice to enter the future deduction and add date for them to start so you don't have to think about it again.

We currently scramble to get this in to payroll before the first payroll of each month. Being able to enter deductions with a date when they occur and we're not on a deadline would be great!
