Allow paystubs to be automatically emailed to employees as part of the payroll process

  If QuickBooks can accomplish this, I would think this would be a simple solution that Trimble and its highly talented programmers could accomplish in their sleep.

  This isn't a good excuse.

  Somone programmed the rest of the program, get someone to write the encryption code.

  Other ERP's have done it for years.

  This hasn't happened for the simple reason that we cannot create a secure PDF (aka a PDF that requries a PW to open). Sending such a PDF without security through email would not fly here...hence why this won't happen.

  I'm with Sandy on this one. The functionality is already there in AP. Seems like a no brainer.

  I know they're trying to push using the Employee Self Service - but it's extremely wanted to have emailed (password protected) paystubs.

  Please add this option! We currently are doing it manually as a union requirement. There is a lot of room for error in this process. If it works in the AP process, why can't it work in the payroll process?
