It would be greatly beneficial to include a text field that identifies each level of hourly wage rates inside of the Wage Code maintenance screen. This would help quickly identify the rate variations that are not immediately obvious.

Not having the ability to enter a description for each pay level on a wage code severely limits the ability to utilize all 9 pay levels available on that wage code. It's very frustrating to have the pay levels available and not be able to use them because you can't enter a description for the pay rate.
That would be very helpful for shift work and special pay rules.
Some examples: Level 1 is Standard Rate, Level 2 is 2nd Shift, Level 3 is 12 hour shift, Level 4 is High Risk, etc.
