FIELD LENGTH: Increase Job Description length beyond 25 to 100 or more to match Procore and business needs

Modern systems have 255 or more characters available for descriptions and names. Limiting to 25 characters places Spectrum in a category of systems that are way behind the times. Please review Job Descriptions and other names to expand to more reasonable field lengths to catch up to today's ERP environments

Certainly should be available. There are even times when a text field allows a certain number of characters, yet the characters are cut off in a report. Even when exporting an Excel file. There is no reason for this limitation. Way behind in development quality.
