We have a very high volume of A/P invoices that flow through to various Project Managers. They are finding that navigating in the Invoice Approval screen is a bit clumsy and would like an easier way to navigate through the 100's of invoices they need to review and approve.
1. We would like the system to automatically ADVANCE and select the next invoice when an invoice has been approved. This will save the user from needing to approve and then select the next invoice in line.
2. If the system cannot automatically ADVANCE to the next invoice, we'd like a HOT key to move to the next invoice. We have a hot key to approve, but then the user still has to use the mouse to select the next invoice in line. The down arrow does not work either. It seems to require the user select the next invoice using the mouse.
3. If the user is viewing the invoice in the Document Imaging pane and zooms in or makes any adjustment in the DI pane, they have to go back to the invoice approval screen to approve the invoice. The Alt+P hot key does not work as the system does not seem to recognize that the invoice is selected in the invoice approval window. We'd like this to either work or have some sort of approval button within the DI pane that would allow the user to simply select that without having to move back to the invoice approval window and then "approve".
