PO Receiving History should capture the warehouse field. Since it is a key field, it should be obvious to include it. We have the same items in different warehouses so we need to see this info.

The warehouse in the detail section should be captured; not the warehouse in the header section. Since we use the warehouse field for the rack, we need to see where it actually came into inventory.
Are you making the ground rule assumption that the warehouse on the PO is where the items were received at? We don't ask anywhere so wasn't sure how you handled it.
I would like the warehouse to populate the PO_RECEIVING_HISTORY table. I have a custom report but I'm sure others would like to see the warehouse on the canned report. Thanks.

Just checking to make sure I understand the request here. I cannot tell if you'd like the Warehouse field to be one of the Selections on the start screen or add it to the report somewhere.
