Our payroll needs to be able to go back a week to see if anyone turned in late time, but it would be buried in hundreds of employees already exported/paid. It would be helpful if she could only see non-exported time. There is a filter for unapproved, but if the manager approves, the line no longer shows as unapproved and payroll misses it.

We lock the payroll to prevent entry after export every week. There are only a few of us that can put time in after the fact ... so they have to contact us to let us know of missed time. This saves us time since we don't have to go back over the year, every week, just to see if someone added time to a paid week. Who ever is doing this should be in contact with your payroll and letting them know when someone is missing time ... especially if it has already been paid.
