We create work orders for disposals and new additions and often include many component groups that are consistently the same. Is there a way to copy these component groups from an existing work order with similar details? This would help reduce redundancy and save time.

This would be an incredible time saver and would reduce errors and re-work.
This is a great suggestion and would be highly beneficial to have a feature that allows users to copy component groups from an existing work order with similar details, reducing redundancy and saving time. Implementing a template feature for repetitive work order would allow users to create and reuse templates for frequently performed tasks. These enhancements would streamline the process, improve user experience, and reduce training time for new employees. By enhancing workflow scalability and collaboration across departments, these changes could lead to significant time and cost savings while ensuring greater accuracy and consistency in work orders.
Great suggestion! Reducing keystrokes saves time and is less prone to human error! Another thought is to be able to make templates for repetitive work orders.
