Not Sent Duplicate Invoice to Spectrum from Auto AP When Refresh Clicked

When a status shows as anything other than "sent to Spectrum" if we click refresh, it sends a second copy of the invoice into Spectrum. Sometimes it also skips issues. The refresh seems to have issues in general.

Sounds like a flag or something needs to be built in to not send a duplicate file that is in progress, but rather push the process along faster.
