Spectrum Certified Payroll Reporting needs to be updated to have Benefit Deductions reduced from the applicable Fringe Benefit. Example, Health & Well-Being Employer Contributions need to offset Health & Well-Being Fringe Benefits. Currently, all deductions are offset to ONE OPTION Fringe Benefit... do not understand why it can not the applicable Fringe Benefit. In addition, there is no "Other" option in eCPR Maintenance.

Thank you Geoffrey. I will remove the Fringe Benefit Other. As far as matching the Employer Contributions to the respective Fringe Benefit rather than reducing a single assigned Fringe Benefit (in our case Pension because it is generally the highest balance), is there plans to fix this so we can accurately report Fringe Benefits by category that is paid to the Employee? I also noticed the document provided is the OLD DIR System, now that the DIR System has been updated and is working properly is there plans to review and align Spectrum with the NEW DIR System? Have you gone into the 'Certified Payroll Benefit Program Maintenance' page to map out all codes to their respective groups? By eCPR's rule, anything not mapped to those groups automatically defaults into the program type of OTHER.
I am attaching a document that explains how we set Spectrum up for eCPR. My assumption is that something isn't set up properly on the benefit program maintenance page... One way to check is to try this: If you run the Certified Payroll Report (expanded w/employer fringe), does that report show things properly? If so, then the culprit is on that maintenance page.
