We have union workers who travel the US and we use the pay the higher of two rates option in PR setup. we would like for the employees payrate to pull from the union setup on the employee - see attached. currently it pulls from the pay rates section I believe. Thus when you hire a new union person, you input their union info THEN you must put their payrate into the payrate section also - double entry. Then when the unions raise rates, you must go into payrates and update the payrates once a year on the employee and you have to go into the union portion and update there also - again double entry. If it could pull from the union setup on the employee this would eliminate double entry and less mistakes by remembering to enter in multiple spots. See attached screenshots
