Effective January 1, 2026, contractors and subcontractors in NYS are required to submit certified payroll online using NYSDOL website. There is a method on the website to upload bulk payrolls. This is similar to other states which have the option for export from Viewpoint Spectrum. Please let me know if there is a plan to offer the same export for New York State. Information regarding the requirements can be found on this website: https://dol.ny.gov/Electronic-Payroll.
