When updating the subcontractor change order log, if you have any change orders with dates outside of your current Processing Date range, it gives an error and will not allow other edits. These dates should not be required to be with in the range as they can be older and previously issued.
Or at least make subcontracts have its on Processing Dates range, so if we wanted to extend the range for this it wouldn't also affect other Accounts Payable

The system should not cause any issues on records that are dated outside of the current processing date range. It is only when changes are attempted with dates outside of the range that the user will receive an error.
