Product: Purchase Order
Idea: Purchasing $3M item but only 6 digits allowed
More information: Frequently, with the growth of international markets and inflationary pressure of pricing, Collins Electric Co. has the need to purchase items that are over a million dollars. They also purchase items (such as wire) that cost fractions of a dollar. The unit price field currently allows 6 digits to the left of the decimal and 4 digits to the right (xxx,xxx.xxxx). Would like an enhancement to the field to either expand the total number of digits allowed (for instance to 14-- x,xxx,xxx,xxx.xxxx), or to allow the ability to modify the mask on a purchase order-by-purchase order basis.
