OP - prevent creation of Quote / Orders that will exceed customers credit limit

If a customer has a credit limit of $10,000 in accounts receivable, you are still allowed to create a quote and order for that customer in Order Processing that exceeds their credit limit.  You simply get a warning message that the quote will exceed their credit limits, but you are allowed to press "OK" and continue creating it.  It would be a nice option to have to restrict that bypass so that quotes and orders cannot be placed that will push that customer over their credit limit.
