While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Any chance there's a way to sign up to be on the advisory team? There's MANY ideas/needs/issues we have that could help streamline things and make life easier in Spectrum for users, especially in the PR department.

The advisors are all existing Spectrum clients.
As for the GUI interface, that's a bit more difficult to change. ERP software doesn't make drastic changes here...or at least not quickly.

What type of advisers are these and from which industry? The Spectrum product is getting a bit outdated, GUI interfaces doesn't match or compare to the likes of Microsoft GP, Navision. Just curious what outcomes comes from these meetings and whether if anything is done to improved the product.

We do have a group of clients that help guide the development of the software. The group is called Viewpoint Industry Advisors (VIA). This group meets twice a year to discuss Spectrum.
