Today you can transfer time in Pre-Time Cards and have it transfer to Layoff Check Entry.
The way I read the request was that they wanted to take a group of employees and send them to Layoff Check Entry... In that situation, I'd just recommend running its own pay cycle...
Why will you not implement? There are many times I have had to lay off a person and their last week check is in the pre-time card data entry. By not implementing, we still have to delete the entry and reenter it again, in layoff checks. It may be fine for on line or two but when you have 4 pages worth it is cumbersome.
