Idea: New Hire Term Report
More information: Enhancement idea:
When running either the PR or HR | Reports | New Hire/Terminated report for Inactive status employees, include the inactive employees in the report. The New Hire report is the only one that presents the Inactive employees.
Business Reason:
This report is used when reconciling healthcare benefits that the employee elects that are not paid for by the company. We need to see both inactive and terminated so balances can be adjusted accordingly upon lay-offs or terminations. Let me know if you need further explanation.
