In JC, there is a Percent Complete, this percent complete is based on REVISED CONTRACT/EARNED REVENUE. In the world of accounting, this may make sense, however, out in the field, this might not translate to actual progress. It would be nice to track actual progress out in the field. Since our projects are by days and spanning to months, would like to see if an interface can be added to quantify work being done on that given day, ie. Project is to install 100 poles in 10 days, therefore, day 1 is 10 poles, day 2 is 10 poles and so on. User interface allows the input of poles installed on that given day, ie. 8, which translates to 80% for day 1, 20% behind. This allows us to determine project progress out in the field. Let's us know if the project is at risk so we can better manage it and understand why.

Hey there!
I don't know what DCOFFICE is... Quantities can be imported into Spectrum along with time cards using either the CSV import or web services...
Geoffrey,
Currently we are using Spectrum DCOFFICE to import our hours into Spectrum. Is this QUANTITY ENTRY supported with DCOFFICE or is this a manual entry into payroll?
MW
Thanks Geoffrey….

Percent complete belongs to us accountants (LOL)
I'd recommend that you check out Quantity Entry. This is where folks store their production quantities by phase and cost type. This information can then be used when performing projections and is used on the Unit Price report and a few other inquiries.
