Can you please confirm if/when an enhancement to the Spectrum Employment Utilization Report in Payroll will be available to meet the new US EEOC Component 2 EEO-1 filing requirement that includes employee count and total hours for each work class and gender broken out by compensation amount? The filing deadline is September 30, 2019. I have attached a copy of the EEO-1 sample form to illustrate the information that we are required to report and how it should be broken out. I searched dexterchaney.com and was not able to find any information on this important topic.

Employers, including federal contractors, are required to submit Component 2 compensation data for 2018 if they have 100 or more employees during the 2018 workforce snapshot period. The workforce snapshot period is an employer-selected pay period between October 1 and December 31 of the reporting year. Federal contractors and other private employers with fewer than 100 employees are not required to report Component 2 compensation data.”
