If select the wrong customer site, in a work order you can't change it. But you can change the customer. If a work order gets set up with an incorrect site you are stuck with either bad information or creating a new WO, making a journal entry to correct it and closing the WO with the error. Neither option leave a clean history. To add insult to injury you can change the customer all day long and twice on Sunday. To me its far more important to get who called us out right the first time than where that called us to.

Has there been a solution to this issue?
I voted for this but do need to continue to be able to change the customer. We work at some sites for multiple customers and just because someone asks us to do something doesn't mean they end up being the ones to pay for it.
