Currently all the templates show, and the user only gets the error when they try to sync. The more WS that are added, the longer it takes to locate the exact one you need. For new users, several templates have similar names, this causes confusion and is making this tool hard to implement.
It would be much more user friendly if the Spectrum Excel menu - Template drop down only included the templates that the current Auth ID has access to.

This is very needed.
I would also like to see them sorted by module. Something as simple as adding a 2-letter code to the beginning of each title (AP, AR, JC, GL, etc.) would be a great help.
