All of the employees would benefit from this. When a person is planning for vacations he or she would be able to see how many PTO hours that they have previously used including how many hours they have accrued. Currently I have many people that call/email me to ask how many hours they have spent so far during the year. This is a seriously easy issue that could be rectified by adding the option of showing employees how many hours they have used and also the accrued hours in the Time Off Bank.

It would also be nice to see this information with Pending PTO (to be paid) to show a Net of 30 hours available. If you're reducing the PTO balance when paid, the employee thinks they have more hours than they really do. See attached image.
