We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

I have had custom reports created by our implementation contractor for VP and Banked Time and various other required tracking items. You could contact Key Business Solutions (https://www.constructionsoftware.ca/contact-us) to have them create any reports you need. I hope Spectrum creates more 'in house' reports ... but this was my work-around. Mgmt agreed that the cost was worth it for the saving of time and money!
OR ... when we calculate the payroll, we already get a negative check report ... you could add in Negative PTO to that report. If we chose to not do anything, then so be it. But at least it would warn us. This would save the company time an money if we can keep people from going negative and us not knowing it until weeks later.
