This workflow with our current outside payroll vendor saves time, allowing requestors and approvers to do this task, wherever they are, without paper forms, and it flows right into payroll, saving time there as well. This is even more beneficial when it rolls into the timesheets for those non-exempt workers who have to fill out timesheets.
