I would like to be able to see user notes on a pending invoice in Spectrum. We can see notes when they are in our approval box and only on the invoices we process ourselves. It would be useful to be able to read notes on another AP clerk's invoice that is in their approval box, that way we could see what's going on with it when asked about it.

Yes, that is an option, but in our system, we cannot access another operator's invoice. It shoots out an error saying that you do not have access to view this invoice and that means we cannot get to the notes in the routing box.

I am confused on this one and I am sure I am missing something here.
If you can access the AP invoice in Spectrum, you can call it up in the Vendor Invoice Inquiry window (a look a like screen to vendor invoice entry). From there, you can click the Routing button and see all reviewers and comments.
Can you tell me what I am missing here?
