In Spectrum, you should be able to select multipl imdividuals to route an invoice to for approval without having to setup new codes with different combinations. Procontractor allows this and would make things much easier.

Have you checked out our new feature for Invoice Approval? It allows you to create one routing code with approval limits. Not sure that solves the issue, but wanted to make sure you knew about it.
