The WA LTC tax displays as "Res SIT" on pay stubs. We would like a way to modify the name so it reads "WA Cares" so the employee is clear on what it is for.

There is limited real estate on the check form, hence we abbreviate and combine items. For example, if you have too many deduction codes, we display the largest ones until we run out of space...then the remaining are lumped into Other.
Our recommendation is to use the Earnings Statement in the Employee Kiosk Earnings Statement or in Spectrum HR's Earnings Statement.
As itis not a check, we aren't limited to one page.

More flexibility on descriptions, eliminates confusion of deductions and allows us to communicate more effectively to employees. As an employer, it is is important our employee's understand what funds are deducted from their pay and why.
