We track several vendor items in document tracking. It would be very helpful if the exception report would only include ACTIVE vendors. There should also be an option to select specific tracking item(s) for reporting. For instance, an exception report for items triggered by expiration date includes non-active vendors and ALL tracking items triggered by expiration date. This is counter-productive and takes an extensive amount of time to review and pick out the relevant information.

The ability to select specific tracking items will streamline the reporting process, allowing our users to concentrate on critical data and enhance overall productivity. Many of our users, including myself, have found the current reporting process to be time-consuming and cumbersome. We believe these improvements will greatly enhance our ability to manage vendor items more effectively and increase user satisfaction by making the system more intuitive and user-friendly.
