The Open Forward Balance Update function in both General Ledger and Equipment Control need an audit log to easily determine when the last update was performed. Changes in personnel and procedures leave too many opportunities for these important functions to be overlooked. An audit log would be a quick way to confirm that records are up to date and correct.
