It would be nice if there was an easy way to copy the live system to a test system. So where there are changes or we are trying to figure out how certain things work, we can test them there without affecting the live system. It could be a couple of button presses and completely over right the test company that was set up, minus the attachments.

It would be nice to have an EASY way to do it. Our IT has been taught by Support on how to do it and state they feel like they are going to break something when they do it ... so they don't want to do it. If there was a way without all the scripting and such, it would be nice to have a 1 step process.
