Quick Job setup - copy UDF option

Would like to see the ability to copy the job UDF's with the quick job setup.

Recurring Deductions

Have a start date for recurring deductions. when we hire new people and they select their insurance benefits it would be nice to enter the future deduction and add date for them to start so you don't have to think about it again.

Multiple Routing

In Spectrum, you should be able to select multipl imdividuals to route an invoice to for approval without having to setup new codes with different combinations. Procontractor allows this and would make things much easier.

Auto-Invoicing Identify Batch or User

We have 6 AP specialists using Auto-invoicing and they need a way to identify which invoices they have in Spectrum Pending Invoices and which belong to others. This would be best based on import batch name or user appearing on the initial grid.

picture size in service tech - need to auto adjust the quality and file size like sms text

The pictures sizes are so large even when the settings are optimized on the device. Service tech needs an option to reduce the quality and picture size in the app. The document imager is so slow it is not usable.

AP Invoice Approval Re-route points to the operator screen and not the AP routing screen

We need the AP approval edit process to pull the AP approval operators, not the entire company operator screen. Not all of our operators have an AP que and if they get selected, it sends the invoice to them and they have no idea what to do with it...
