Yes, any construction company truly should not use this software. Manually having to adjust AP report every year end when financials are completed is ridiculous. Auditors have to rely on system reports and sad when auditors cannot even rely on an AP report from the system that ties to GL. This is about as basic as you can get.
This is a huge issue for us! We just completed audit and our auditors could not believe the way Spectrum now processes the retainage app. IT IS SO WRONG!!!
