PO - Indicator on Form Notes and Internal Notes

It is often difficult to tell on a Purchase Order if "Form Notes" or "Internal Notes" are present without clicking on the button to see if there are notes.

We would like to have some sort of indication if a PO contains form notes or internal notes. In Version 13, it was common for there to be a ! when information had been entered. We would like some indication, whether it be the !, the tab is highlighted in some way, or a visible note pops up on the header of the PO to indicate that form notes or internal notes are present.

This should be implemented. Crazy that there is no way to know. We have 30 users with thousands of jobs. How are we suppose to know when to check for notes and not.
