Separate Processing Dates for Service Tech Module!

It would be nice to have a different set of processing dates for the Service Tech module so employee's were limited in the dates they could use for entering time for themselves.  We would like to limit them to the current payroll period so they are not entering time in the future or too far in the past.  It should be separate from the WO processing dates because those (to my knowledge) are used for not only labor entry in WO, but also dates available when transferring WO's to AR for billing.

    If there was a way to limit what dates could be used at all in Service Tech that would be extremely helpful. Currently the system does not even use the WO processing dates to limit what labor entry dates can be used in Service Tech like it does in WO and Field Tech. This is a major design flaw, especially since it does not always default to the current date when techs go to enter time. A number of support people were perplexed by this and then they eventually came back and stated that "STM was not designed to adhere to processing dates from Spectrum for labor entry". Allowing techs to accidentally enter time that is well outside of the company's payroll is very problematic. The company should have SOME WAY of controlling what dates are available to the techs in the STM.

    Our pay periods are Wednesday through Tuesday for Service personnel to align with their union. Please allow for setting up different time period dates so we capture and report time in the proper period.
