It would be nice if "No activity" would populate on a certified payroll report that has no hours. Either in the detail lines or in the remarks.
While the system today will produce a report when no hours have been charged, the request is to add the text "No activity." to the cover page of the Certified Report.

It was required by a client that we state that there was no work done so we wrote it on that area and it was accepted.

We currently use a stamp and put it in the Remarks. See attached.
Additionally, we have a couple of owners/public entities that require us to have the wording as it is on the sample Statement of Compliance, which explicitly states ���I declare under penalty of perjury������. so we have another stamp for that as well. We���ve tried to argue that the wording that is on the form ���The willful falsification���yada yada.��� covers that, but they still won���t accept and it isn���t worth arguing with them to get paid, so we just put a stamp on it. It would be great if we could easily customize the form and add remarks ourselves, but I can���t find anywhere where we can add text in the REMARKS section on the form.

It goes to the customer, in lieu of a certified payroll. It states
there was no one working at the job site for them week. There is a
form, which I no longer have.

Geoff - the request was for it to POPULATE the statement "NO WORK" we know we can get the No Activity report but then we have to write in the words NO WORK on each statement. thanks!

Below if from the Help Files. It talks about including active certified jobs without activity. I just did a quick test and it worked for me. If you aren't finding that to be the case, please contact Support.

Select this check box to include active, certified jobs with no activity.
This option defaults to selecting the check box because contractors often need to print the Certified Payroll Report for all active, certified jobs, even if they have no activity for the current week. This will just produce a Certified Payroll Report with headings and cover screen (if indicated). It will also print the Pay No. on the report.
it does not automatically populate if there are no hours in my experience. That is what would be useful.
