Add the State Unemployment Id to the Payroll tax table

In the Payroll Tax Table Maintenance, there is room for only one state id number.

However, most state assign you 2 numbers.

The Unemployment branch of the State assigns an id number that goes on the quarterly state unemployment reports.

The Department of Revenue assigns an id number that goes on the state w2's and the state withholding tax reports.

Please add the state unemployment tax id number to your system

    This enhancement will be included in the year end release (2020 R3), due out at the beginning of December.
