When more than 8 rows are being used on an employee's list of deductions and add-ons, the payroll reports generate asteriks on line 8 and add multiple lines together. Then it throws off the deductions and add-on totals at the end. This is very frustrating. We just went through open enrollment and added some new deductions that I cannot see details on check register.

Hi Valerie, In 'calculation edit reports', if you open up the selections box on the pre-check register selection you can elect to display the deduction and add-on detail. This will create a section below each check that will show all of them separately, no matter how many. It does make the report significantly longer in page numbers but you can see everything.
