We created our W-2 and 1095s (alond with 1099s) within Spectrum, downloaded the file and filed the forms with Nelco. We are finding that the 1095s pulled the email from the "Work Email" field, while the W-2s pulled the email from the "Personal Email" field. This is causing employees to hunt around to find their year end forms.

Just a heads up on this one. We have modified the Nelco export to follow the same rules.... It will use the personal email when it exists. Then it will use the work one.
This will be in 2021 R3
Thanks for letting us know about this. We had wanted to use the work email for all records going to Nelco. When no work email existed, it was to use the personal email.
