We need the ability to download all docs and images attached to a work order at one time. Downloading each doc at once is extremely time consuming and preventing us from fully implementing this service tech function.

We have some customers who require copies of all material invoices. It would be easier if there was some way a distribution export could be done like it is for jobs.
This is also preventing us from fully implementing Service Tech. Photo manipulation once the work order is completed and transferred back to Spectrum. There has to be a better way/enhancement for photos.
