The vast majority of Spectrum users don't really care when the system is updated, there is a tax update, or we moved to Azure upon logging into the system and getting a popup with this information. I would like to see an option in System Administration to turn off these broadcast messages to all users, and/or have an option to only go to users with admin/FULL rights.
