We would like to have a status code available for both AP and AR tax codes. We can currently DELETE codes, but if a code has history, we are reluctant to delete the code. But if we could INACTIVATE a code that we no longer want users to select, that would make things much easier. Then on the reporting, if we want to select ALL statuses or just a specific status, we can.
