Customers will request that descriptions be changed / updated as projects move forward, but there is no way to make these changes to the SOV after the first draw. It seems a little bit ridiculous to need to delete all posted draws just to change a single description mid-project. And if a change order was added with a typo on the descption you have the delete the entire thing just to correct it, which is a whole other issue.

While you can change descriptions in the draw request, we cannot alter the amounts. We have had issues where the SOV will change, or an amount will change, and we have to reverse all of the pay apps to fix this. If there is a way to change it even after the 1st draw, that would be very helpful.
You can make a change to the description when in the Draw Request processing screen. I don't think changing here makes a change when going to the contract schedule of values through the contract screen though.
